If you enjoy the beauty of
nature, the areas greatest attraction is right
here at Little Pine Resort. We are totally
surrounded by woods and water that offer you peace
and privacy. Hike for miles along the river and
enjoy the wildlife - eagles, Blue Herons, and
birds of every variety. If you prefer to travel by
water, put your boat or canoe in and venture for
miles along the beautiful Gull River. From the
Gull River you can continue on to the Crow Wing
River and then to the Mississippi. |

If you enjoy flowers, especially
roses, we have them! There are approximately 100
rose hedges on the resort property which bloom all
summer and long into late fall. A majority of the
roses are Hansas Double Reds which have a pleasant
fragrance with deep beautiful red petals. Our
Teresa Bugnet hedges grow 6 feet high and 4 feet
wide with very fragrant beautiful large pink roses
- not to mention the very lovely miniature pink
roses. To keep our roses healthy and beautiful,
they are watered with river water that's carried
in 5 gallon buckets. It's truly a labor of love. |

For those who want a little more
action, Little Pine Resort offers volleyball. Our
"fine" sand swimming area, completely
surrounded by docks, will provide you hours of fun
and relaxation. Bring your boat and waterski the
river. |

Fishing - Little Pine
Resort is a fisherman's paradise. The Gull River
is widely noted for its bass fishing, however, the
northerns and walleye are plentiful too and are
ready to challenge you. Be ready to catch your
limit of sunfish and crappies along the river, or
stand on the dock and enjoy the beauty of the Gull
River. |
